What to expect

Please reach us at april@resolvetogethermediation.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Book an initial conversation to discuss if mediation is right for you and involved parties.

25% of total cost required to book. Final payment is due 48 hours prior to mediation.

Before your session, you may be asked to share any relevant documents and sign the required Agreement to Mediate document related to your case.

We offer flexible meeting options to fit your needs — either in person or through secure online platforms.

Mediation sessions typically begin with a brief overview of the process and expectations. Each party will have time to present their viewpoint, participate in guided discussions, and work toward a resolution with the support of the mediator.

If an agreement is reached, the mediator will help draft a Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA) that outlines the terms everyone has accepted. After signing, this document is usually binding and enforceable, giving both parties clarity and closure. If the mediation is court-connected, the agreement can be submitted for approval.
