ResolveTogether Mediation helps businesses, individuals, and attorneys find faster, more affordable resolutions — guided by 25 years of HR leadership and a background in industrial-organizational psychology.
Who we work with
ResolveTogether Mediation works as a neutral third party in civil, business, contract, personal injury, and workplace disputes. Attorneys retain full control of their cases while we facilitate productive, efficient sessions.
You don't need a lawyer to use mediation. If you're a small business owner, employer, neighbor, or individual dealing with a dispute, mediation is often faster, more private, and far less expensive than going to court.
The process
Most people have never been through mediation before. Here's what to expect from your first call to a signed agreement.
Free 30-minute consultation
We talk through your situation, answer your questions, and determine if mediation is the right fit. No obligation, no pressure.
Intake & scheduling
Both parties complete a brief intake form. A 25% retainer secures your date. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Mediation session
Sessions are held jointly and/or in separate caucuses depending on the situation — in-person or via Zoom. You stay in control of the outcome.
Settlement agreement
If parties reach an agreement, we prepare a written Mediated Settlement Agreement the same day. If not, everything stays fully confidential.
